Soft fluffy layers of gluten-free orange cake made with freshly squeezed orange juice. Filled with a sweet vanilla pastry cream reminiscent of ice cream and covered with a whipped orange buttercream frosting.

– gluten-free flour  – baking powder – fine sea salt – dairy-free salted butter – granulated sugar – orange zest – vegtable oil – eggs – vanilla extract – orange juice – dairy-free milk

Cake Instructions

In the bowl of a stand mixer or large mixing bowl with an electric handheld mixer, cream the butter, sugar, oil, and orange zest on high speed for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy.
