Description

The easiest no-bake vegan strawberry lemon protein bites full of whole ingredients and fun sprinkles. The perfect afternoon snack to beat that sweet tooth craving.


Ingredients

Strawberry Lemon Protein Bites:

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup *see notes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup vegan strawberry protein *I use Nuzest 
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup vegan sprinkles

Instructions

Equipment:

Strawberry Lemon Protein Bites:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup and melted and cooled coconut oil.
  2. Add in the almond flour, protein powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix until combined and a stiff dough forms.
  3. Add in the sprinkles and mix until just combined.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out protein bite dough balls and roll firmly in your hand.
  5. Allow to cool and set in the fridge. Enjoy!
