The easiest gluten-free protein balls full of whole ingredients and fun sprinkles. The perfect snack to satisfy that afternoon sweet tooth craving. Bonus: they are dairy-free/vegan too!

Units Scale

Protein Balls

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup *see notes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free vanilla protein *I use Nuzest
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk *I use unsweetened almond
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free sprinkles *optional

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup and coconut oil.
  2. Add in the almond flour, protein powder, salt, and milk. Mix until combined and a stiff dough forms.
  3. Add in the sprinkles and mix until just combined.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the protein dough and roll firmly in your hand.
  5. Allow to cool and set in the fridge. Enjoy!
