The easiest no-bake dairy-free chocolate fudge recipe. Indulge in a decadent slice of this salted cashew coconut fudge.


  • 3 cups dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (11.25 oz.) can sweetened condensed coconut milk (I used Nature’s Charm)

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

  • 1 ½ cups chopped salted cashews (divided)

  • 1 tsp. coconut extract

  • 2 tsp. coarse sea salt, divided



  • Large Pot
  • 8 x 8 Pan

  • Parchment Paper

  • Non-Stick Spray

  • Spatula

Salted Cashew Coconut Fudge

  1. Spray and line an 8×8 inch baking tray.

  2. In a large pot, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed coconut milk, and coconut oil over low heat.

  3. Remove from heat and add in 1 cup of chopped salted cashews, coconut extract, and 1 tsp sea salt. Stir until combined.

  4. Pour into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.

  5. Top with remaining chopped salted cashews and sea salt.

  6. Let fudge fully cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  7. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy!
